Pension Palazzo - Sibiu

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The rooms were spacious with huge comfortable beds and the breakfast was varied and delicious. We also loved the safe and convenient parking area in the back yard. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center and the staff were kind and really helpful, even providing us with a code for a late check-in.

The bathroom door in our room had a problem and made a loud noise each time it closed or opened, waking up everyone in the room. It needs to be fixed immediately.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. You get what is advertized no surprizes.

The Palazzo is an absolutely fabulous 4 star hotel, with great breakfast, beautiful and clean rooms and a very confortable bed! my room had a beautiful bathroom, and I payed for a single room but had a king size bed!!! there is nothing to complene about, I recommend it to anybody who travels to Sibiu!!! I spent fantastic 4 days there, thank you!!!!

Great location just outside the beautiful center of town, close to the city center. The hotel boasts of huge parking area inside and outside, and easy to access by car. Staff was kind and really helpful, and agreed to my request for a late check-out. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, with a nice thick carpet and a spacious bathroom. Delicious and variated breakfast was served every morning.

I would recommend Pension Palazzo to anyone planning a trip in the Sibiu area. The pension itself looks more like a 4 star hotel and the friendliness and professionalism of it's staff will make your stay a most pleasant one. It's a location that truly deserves it's rating. It also offers good, enclosed parking as well providing 24h check in, unlike other pensions. The rooms were cleaner and better looking that a lot of other self claiming 4 star hotels that I've stayed at. Overall a very good and fair value of money experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a 4-star hotel in a quiet area just outside the beautiful centre of town. The location was perfect as it allowed for a peaceful atmosphere while still being within walking distance of all the attractions. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel very welcome. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. I also enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the lovely views. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which was a great convenience. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff. Super comfortable rooms and very modern design. Relatively close to the city center, so it will definitely our choice next time.

The room is large, with new furniture. The bathroom is very spacious. Secure and free parking inside the premises. The staff is very friendly.

The wireless didn't work even though the router was in the room. The breakfast wasn't diverse enough.

If you're looking for comfortable accommodation outside the busy city center, this hotel is a great option. It's situated in a calm and secure location, not far from the exciting Christmas market and public transport links. the rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, with crisp sheets, pillows, and covers on the comfortable beds. the staff is communicative and friendly, always ready with helpful information. the breakfast is delicious and plentiful, with lots of options to choose from.

One thing to keep in mind is that the atmosphere here may not be as warm and welcoming as some other Romanian pensions.

The room was very spacious and clean - basically the place felt brand new. Also, altough the area was not far from central Sibiu (few minutes by car) it was extremely quiet.

Breakfast was fresh and good quality but variety was lacking.

Absolutelly everything was perfect.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great as it was close to the New Year's Eve festivities and easily accessible by foot.

The hotel was quite noisy due to the proximity to a busy street, which made it difficult to sleep at night. the parking area was very limited and we had trouble finding a spot for our car.

From top to bottom this Pension is well run, and worth every penny they charge. The comfort and cleanliness is a wonderful change having traveled in Romania for three weeks. The high qualty bed linens and roomy well functioning bathroom make for a comfortable stay and the breakfast buffet is generous and well presented. The location on the inside edge of the city is very convenient with the old town just a few minutes away by car. The secured free parking is convenient, too. The geninely friendly and enthusiastic staff are superb hosts and know how to make their guests feel truly valued. A very refreshing change indeed. Ten out of ten!

It would be nit picking to search for something negative so I won't do that This place is just too good to be so mean. If you go to Sibiu simply stay there.
